A request by West River Electric Association to consider an application for an SDCL 11-6-19 Review to allow the relocation of a transmission line within the public right-of-way on the Western 25 feet of Reservoir Road right-of-way, Section 3 and Section 10, all located in T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located 25 feet adjacent to west side of Sections 3 and 10 T1N, R8E.
