A. |
City Council Report (April 17, 2006) The City Council concurred with the recommendations of the Planning Commission with the exception of the following items:
No. 06VE001 - Red Rock Estates A request by Dream Design International, Inc. to consider an application for a Vacation of the Non-Access Easement on Lots 1 and 4 of Block 20; and Lot 1 of Block 19, Red Rock Estates, located in the NE1/4 SE1/4, Section 29, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Portrush Road and Kennemer Drive and at the northeast and northwest corners of the intersection of Portrush Road and Ainsdale Court.
On April 6, 2006, the Planning Commission recommended that the Vacation of the Non-Access Easement be denied. On April 17, 2006, the City Council approved in part with one stipulations and acknowledged applicant’s request to withdraw the application in part.
