A request by Dream Design International, Inc. to consider an application for a Variance to the Subdivision Regulations to waive the requirement to dedicate additional right-of-way; to allow lots twice as long as wide; and, to allow platting half a right-of-way as per Chapter 16.16 of the Rapid City Municipal Code on the W1/2 of NW1/4 of Section 28, T1N, R7E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described as being located east of Red Rock Estates Subdivision and north of Sheridan Lake Road.
