described as being located at 4349

Staff recommends that eh Conditional Use Permit to allow a private
garage in excess of 1,500 square feet, in excess of the footprint
of the dwelling unit, and greater than 30% of the gross floor area
of the dwelling unit be approved with stipulations.

The Rapid City Planning Commission's action on this item is final unless
any party appeals that decision to the Rapid City Council. All appeals must be submitted in writing to
the Planning Department
by close of business on the seventh full calendar day following action
by the Planning Commission.
