conduit, water, sewer and pavement along Elm Street as per Chapter 16.16
of the Rapid City Municipal Code on the NE1/4
NW1/4 NW1/4 GL 1, Section 19, T1N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County,
South Dakota, more generally described as being located approximately 660 feet to the east of the Parkview Drive
terminus.
