Lot 1 of Block 6, Heartland I90 Business Park, located in the NE1/4 of
Section 28, T2N, R8E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota,
legally described as the unplatted portion
of the W1/2 NE1/4; N1/2 NE1/4 NE1/4; and the unplatted portion of the
S1/2 NE1/4 NE1/4; N1/2 SE1/4 NE1/4 all in Section 28, T2N, R8E, BHM, Rapid
City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally described
as being located north and west of the intersection of I-90 and Elk Vale
Road.
