South Dakota; and the north 136.66 feet of the east 409.42 feet of the
SW1/4 of Section 3, T1N, R8E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, and
the north 136.66 feet of the west 161.10 feet of the SE1/4 of Section
3, T1N, R8E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota, more generally
described as being located east of the intersection of Homestead Street and Elk
Vale Road.
