Tract 1 of the Red Ridge Ranch and the unplatted portion of SW1/4 and the
unplatted portion of NW1/4 and the unplatted portion of the W1/2 NE1/4 all in
Section 29, T1N, R7E, BHM, Rapid City, Pennington County, South Dakota, more
generally described as being located west of Sheridan Lake Road, north of
Countryside Subdivision.
