FY2015 Community Development Block Grant Contract – Black Hills Area Habitat for Humanity
Summary:
Staff is seeking City Council approval of, and authorization for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign two copies of the FY 2015 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract for Black Hills Area Habitat for Humanity. CDBG funds will be used for building infrastructure to accommodate 8 homes for low-income people, including water and sewer lines and hook-ups for the homes. Funding allocation for this project was previously approved by the City Council at the December 7, 2015 City Council meeting.

The FY 2015 Community Development Block Grant Funds.
