FY2015 Community Development Block Grant Contract – Lutheran Social Services – New Alternatives
Summary:
Staff is seeking City Council approval of, and authorization for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign one original copy of the Indenture of Restrictive Covenants and two copies of the FY 2015 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract for Lutheran Social Services – New Alternatives. CDBG funds will be used to install 4 additional security cameras to the system already in place on the inside and outside of the building and to replace the existing water heater. Funding allocation for this project was previously approved by the City Council at the December 7, 2015 City Council meeting.

The FY 2015 Community Development Block Grant Funds.
