Summary:
This represents 2014 obligations that have not been received yet and therefore cannot be paid. All items listed in this supplement were committed in 2014 from the 2014 budget.  Since these were not received in 2014, the budget encumbered is being carried forward to 2015 to pay for the items. The amounts included in this supplement represent small amounts for minor office supplies to larger amounts for equipment.
