Summary:
The Compensation Committee evaluated the updated job description for the Police Community Relations Specialist using the Factor Evaluation System at the request of the Chief of Police.  It was the finding of the Compensation Committee that the Police Community Relations Specialist be reclassified to grade 19 on the Nonunion Compensation Scale.
