is the Lease of Property agreement between the City of Rapid City and the
SDDOT Office of Local Transportation Programs to allow the construction of a
shared-use path on the rail banked railroad right-of-way within Rapid City. The
SDDOT Transportation Alternatives Program recently awarded a grant to the
City of Rapid City for the construction of a shared-use path in the rail
banked railroad right-of-way from Cambell Street to Kennel Drive.
