Resolution No. 2014-011 Amend the City of Rapid City’s Compensation Plan by Establishing the Position of Recreation Facility Supervisor within Parks and Recreation
Summary:
Parks and Recreation has requested that a new position (Recreation Facility Supervisor) be established and reviewed for appropriate classification on the City’s Compensation Scales. As such, the City’s Compensation Committee has conducted a review and has provided a recommendation for appropriate placement on the City of Rapid City’s Non-Union compensation scale. This would have no affect on budgeted FTE counts as there is a current vacancy that will be used to fill this position.
