Authorize Mayor and Finance Officer to Sign Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Rapid City and the Rapid City Economic Development Partnership
Summary:
This MOU sets out the terms and conditions related to the annual appropriation of money to support the Rapid City Economic Development Partnership (RCEDP).  The MOU memorializes the services received from the RCEDP.  The MOU has a one-year term, and automatically renews.  Either party may terminate the MOU with 30 days’ notice, or RCEDP may terminate the agreement immediately if funding is not appropriated.
Funding Source & Fiscal Impact (if applicable):
The MOU does not approve any new funding, but relates to the funds budgeted each year.
