Summary:
Tax Increment District 56 for Rushmore Crossing was created in 2005 and has been fully constructed.  This Agreement assigns all rights, responsibilities, and obligations of TIF Fifty-Six which are currently held by Midland Rushmore LLC to Rushmore Crossing TIF Developer LLC.
