Summary: |
|||
Due to duties and responsibilities for positions within City Departments changing and evolving over time, and to ensure that the necessary services can be provided effectively and efficiently within the City of Rapid City, respective Leaders within City Management request that new positions be established and added to the existing Compensation Plan (no affect on FTE counts) and reviewed for appropriate classification on the City’s Compensation Scales. As such, the City’s Compensation Committee has conducted a review and has provided recommendations for appropriate placement on the City of Rapid City’s compensation scales for the following positions: Lead Energy Plant Operator, Mayor’s Office Administrative Assistant, and Parks & Recreation Administrative Coordinator. |
