This deed is to transfer title of the lot on which a water booster station was constructed in the Rainbow Ridge Subdivision. This station was built as part of the installation and expansion of the Northridge water reservoir. Mr. Estes agreed to dedicate this property for public use, and this deed will accomplish that dedication. |
