Summary: |

|
In 2012 the Planning Commission and City Council approved a revised subdivision ordinance which included the requirement that a developer was to submit Development Engineering Plans along with the Final Plat document for the construction of public improvements. Staff has worked with a committee of developers and engineers to craft a standardized Development Agreement that specifies the responsibilities and obligations for both the Developer and City with respect to the construction and acceptance of the public improvements identified in the Development Engineering Plans. Staff is requesting a minor amendment to the subdivision ordinance that clarifies that the Development Agreement is required as part of the application process for the Development Engineering Plan and Final Plat process. |
