For the past six years, the GIS Division has participated in the ESRI Small Government Enterprise License Agreement program. The ELA program is structured to run in three-year blocks. The attached Agreement is for the years 2014 through 2016. There is a small increase in cost for this Agreement, which is explained in the attached memo. |
