Ordinance No. 5953, AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL CHAPTER 6.08.060 OF THE APID CITY MUNICIPAL CODE REGULATING THE LICENSING AND MAINTENANCE AND TO KEEP PIGEONS WITHIN CITY LIMITS.
Summary:
Repeal of Section 6.08.060 of the Rapid City Municipal Code applicable to the licensing and maintenance of pigeons within city limits. This proposed ordinance will repeal the above-reference section of the code as it has become outdated and it is no longer necessary to regulate this activity. Currently, there are no citizens within Rapid City that are licensed to keep pigeons within city limits.
