Summary:
SoDak Development, Inc. is developing property in the Homestead Subdivision off of Reservoir Road.  As part of the City’s approval for a preliminary plat application in September 2011, a stipulation required that SoDak Development, Inc. enter into a covenant agreement outlining responsibility for a drainage lot and appurtenances on the property to be developed and making arrangements for future maintenance of the drainage lot.
