Summary:
On July 10, 2013 it was announced that over the next few months, First Administrators Inc., a subsidiary business of Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield, would be phased out and that all client groups would be transitioned to become direct clients of Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
