Summary:

HUD requires the
City to submit a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report
(CAPER) at the end of the program year. The CAPER is to explain how the City
is carrying out its strategies, projects and activities. Community
Development is requesting Council’s preliminary approval of the FY2012 CAPER.
There will be a
15 day public comment period prior to Council’s final review and approval.
