Summary:
To ensure that the necessary services can be provided effectively and efficiently within the City of Rapid City, the Fire Chief has requested that the position of EMS Operations Quality Manager be established and added to the City of Rapid City’s compensation plan. Condrey & Associates conducted the review of the new position and has provided a recommendation for appropriate placement on the City of Rapid City’s compensation scales.
