Summary: |

|
On January 7, 2013 the City Council approved several amendments to the City Building Code including a consolidated administrative Chapter 15.04. Within this Chapter is a new requirement requiring commercial contractors to obtain a Commercial Contractors License by June 10, 2013 (120 days from the effective date of the ordinance). Staff is working on some minor amendments to the ordinance and is requesting an extension for the licensing requirement to December 31, 2013. |
