I will be out of the office from Wednesday March 13th through Monday March 18th. Since I will be missing both the Legal and Finance Committee Meeting and the City Council Meeting. I would request that this item be continued for at least two weeks. I believe it would be unfair to delegate this to Assistant City Attorney Wade Nyberg in my absence when he has not done the work or the background research. On March 27th, the date of the next Legal and Finance Meeting I will also be out of the office for depositions. I will be back for the City Council meeting on April 1st. I will leave it up to you to decide if you would like to continue the item for two weeks or if you want to go to the first meeting in April. If you continue it for two weeks, I would hope that it would be with the understanding that the discussion on the item should be reserved for the Council meeting on April 1srt and not at the Legal and Finance Committee Meeting which I will not be able to attend. |
