LEGAL AND FINANCE COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Legal and Finance Committee directed staff to amend proposed Ordinance No. 5817 to allow modular homes in Manufactured Home Parks by adding a definition of modular homes and to amend Chapter 17 as necessary to allow modular homes within Manufactured Home Parks, with the proposed revisions brought to the June 13th Legal and Finance Committe meeting.
