Authorize Mayor and Finance Officer to execute a Covenant Agreement with HDRK Properties, LLC for Water Shut-off Valve Access on Tract C of Rushmore Center

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends City council approval of the authorizatin for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign a Covenant Agreement between the City of Rapid City and HDRK Properties, LLC for Tract of Rushmore Center.
