A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment to allow sales of medical supplies and equipment rental as a Conditional Use in the Office Commercial Zoning District by Amending Section 17.40.030 of the Rapid City Municipal.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Ordinance Amendment to allow sales of medical supplies and equipment rental as a Conditional Use in the Office Commercial Zoning District by Amending Section 17.40.030 of the Rapid City Municipal Code be approved.

VOTE: (6 to 1 to 1 with Brewer, Gregg, Hennies, Landguth, Marchand and Scull voting yes and Braun voting no and Brown abstaining)
