Staff Recommendation:
Staff recommends that the ordinance to create a sidewalk vendor permit to approve the location in the Central Business District by amending Section 12.20.020 and the ordinance amendment to require an annual sidewalk vendor license by adding Chapter 5.56 to the Rapid City Municipal Code be approved.
