A request by City of Rapid City to consider an application for an Ordinance Amendment to permit a Planned Commercial Development and Planned Development Designation in the General Agricultural Zoning District by amending Section 17.50.100 of the Rapid City Municipal Code.

PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
Planning Commission recommended that the Ordinance Amendment to permit a Planned Commercial Development and Planned Development Designation in the General Agricultural Zoning District by amending Section 17.50.100 of the Rapid City Municipal Code be approved.

VOTE: (8 to 0 with Anderson, Brown, Gregg, Hennies, Landguth, Marchand, Scull and Waltman voting yes and none voting no)
