ANNEXATION SUBCOMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
The Annexation Subcommittee recommended that the City Council direct staff to proceed with a Study of the South Valley Drive Annexation Area and a Notice of Hearing and Resolution of Intent to Annex for property owners and the Pennington County Commissioners.
