SHPO Summary Report – SHPO concurred with the findings of the 9/5/2014 HPC meeting. They did not request a case report for 14RS018 (821 St. James) since alternatives were included in the application and discussed at the 9/19/2014 HPC meeting. The appeal is on the agenda for the 10/1/2014 Legal Finance Committee meeting for recommendation to City Council on October 6, 2014.
