PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
 Planning Commission recommended that the Rezoning from General Agriculture to General Commercial District be continued to the March 3, 2003 City Council meeting to allow the applicant time to submit an application for a Planned Development Designation.

Vote: (8 to 1 with Fast Wolf, Hoffmann, Mashek, Prairie Chicken, Schmidt, Stone, Wall and Wevik voting yes and Mickelson voting no)
