|
Cedar Canyon Dam Flood Control Project is constructed within an easement on South Dakota National Guard West Camp Rapid property. The United States Corps of Engineers requires the City to remove trees within 50 feet of the toe of the Dam to insure the integrity of the structure. Portions of the area that the City is required to remove trees are located outside of the easement. The Agreement allows the City access to the site for tree removal. |
