Per the policy concerning maintenance of irrigation ditches when intersecting City right-of-ways or utilities approved by City Council on 9/8/2015, this agreement is for three streets crossing the Cyclone Irrigation Ditch including future Ping Drive, future East Minnesota Street and existing Jolly Lane. The property owner is making improvements to the Cyclone Irrigation Ditch at these three locations as a part of a residential development. |
