FY2015 Community Development Block Grant Contract – Community Health Center of the Black Hills
Summary:
Staff is seeking City Council approval of, and authorization for the Mayor and Finance Officer to sign one original copy of the Indenture of Restrictive Covenants and two copies of the FY 2015 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) contract for Community Health Center of the Black Hills. CDBG funds will be used to purchase and install seven Mega Pixel IP security cameras at the new facility. Funding allocation for this project was previously approved by the City Council at the December 7, 2015 City Council meeting.

The FY 2015 Community Development Block Grant Funds.
