The City owns the Dahl Arts Center, and the property includes an open green space adjacent to Quincy Street. The property owner to the west at 716 Quincy Street has requested this revocable no-build easement to allow for renovation of its building. This no-build easement would restrict future expansion of the Dahl’s structure into that open green space within 10 feet of the west property line. The City could revoke the easement if necessary in the future. The Dahl has been consulted on this easement and has no objection to the City approving the easement. |
