Allow staff to apply for and if awarded accept a grant from the South Dakota Department of Health for Special Pathogen training.
Summary:
The South Dakota Department of Health would like to provide us a grant to continue development of the capacity to isolate, treat, and transport a patient with a potential or confirmed special pathogen.  The grant will focus on training for staff and the purchase of personal protective equipment.  The grant is $5,000 for a five year period.
