Approve Memorandum of Understanding Between the City of Rapid City and Skyline Drive Preservation, Inc., Relating to Land Purchase to Increase the Skyline Wilderness Area.
Summary:
Approval of the Memorandum of Understanding will allow the City to accept a donation of property purchased by Skyline Drive Preservation, Inc. which is located adjacent to the Skyline Wilderness Area. The property in question will provide pedestrian access from the St. Patrick Street area.
