The previous Major Amendment to the Planned Unit Development stipulated that Black Hills Garage Doors vacate the property due to the nature of the business and the operation of the business in a residential area. The applicant is now requesting that Black Hills Garage Doors be allowed onto the property as a professional office use only. |
