Second Reading and approval of Ordinance No. 6082 An Ordinance to Amend Certain Provisions Concerning Travel Parks by Amending Chapter 15.52 of the Rapid City Municipal Code |

Summary: |

|
Ordinance No. 6082 would clean up some provisions in the chapter of the code that concerns operating permits for travel parks, defined as RV parking or camping facilities. The changes clarify the permit fees and simplify the regulations for RV and camping spaces by combining two provisions in 15.52.160 and 15.52.170. The Building Board voted to approve the ordinance and move it forward to Council at its meeting on December 8, 2015. Since that approval, staff noticed two additional changes to the ordinance, and these are incorporated into the linked document titled Amended Ordinance No. 6082. |
