Approve Rapid City Regional Airport Rates and Charges for FY 2016
Summary:
The attached rates and charges were approved by the Airport Board at its 12/8/2015 meeting.  While these rates and charges have historically not come before the Council for approval, a recent state law change requires that they be approved by the Council before becoming effective.  Many of the rates and charges are based upon existing concession or lease agreements, negotiated after a competitive RFP process.  Others are based on the cost of the service provided.

The attached rates and charges are what was used to calculate the revenue to be raised by the Airport for the 2016 budget.
