The waiver of right to protest (WORP) is associated with a Preliminary Subdivision Plan application (City File #15PL065) and Development Engineering Plan application (City File #15PL098) to plat 16 commercial lots and 1 drainage lot. Staff has approved an exception request (City File #15EX128) not to construct curb, gutter, sidewalk, street light conduit, sewer and water in Elk Vale Road adjacent to the plat at this time, contingent upon the property owner signing a WORP for the improvements. |
