Summary: |

|
On October 19, 2015 the Council declared these two parcels to be surplus by resolution 2015-100, along with two other parcels. These lots are not buildable lots and do not have evident value to anyone other than the adjacent landowners. Because of this, the freeholders (consisting of Brad Estes, Chad Lewis and Pauline Sumption) agreed that each of the lots had a value of less than $500. A proposal was received from Viking Properties, LLC in the amount of $125 for each of the two lots, Lot 52 and Lot 53 of Highplace Subdivision for a total of $250. |
