Authorize Mayor and Finance Officer to Sign Resolution No. 2015-105, A Resolution to Donate Property No Longer Needed for Municipal Purposes to the Humane Society of the Black Hills
Summary:
The resolution will declare surplus and donate to the Humane Society 4 portable radios and one base station.  The radios are no longer needed by the RCPD, and would help the Animal Services Officers to efficiently communicate with each other.
