A portion of embankment immediately adjacent to Tower Road has failed and has created a roadside hazard and left a portion of cable guard rail hanging in the air. This project will fill the embankment slide area and replace the cable guard rail with w beam guard rail. Quotes where requested for the project with Hilt Engineering being the only quote received. Staff has reviewed the quote and believes the prices are fair. |
