Resolution #2015-100 – A Resolution Declaring Certain Real Property Generally Located along Chapel Lane Surplus for Purposes of Disposing of Such Property
Summary:
The City acquired these four lots in May 1986.  In completing the research, these lots serve no purpose to the City and the adjacent property owners have believed that the property was actually theirs.  In one instance, the property owner actually has the City lot fenced in as part of their property.  Because these lots are not buildable lots (0.01 acres to 0.06 acres in size), it is staff’s recommendation to surplus this real property and put them for sale under the sealed bid purpose.
