Summary: |

The applicant has submitted a Major Amendment to a Planned Development to reduce the minimum required side yard setback for a one story single-family dwelling from eight feet to five feet. A Building Permit was issued for the dwelling which was subsequently constructed too close to the north property line. The applicant has vacated the portion of the utility and minor drainage easement into which the structure encroaches. This item has been continued to allow the applicant to construct the needed drainage improvements. |
